Positions Available

Route Foreman

The Route Foreman position is an exciting opportunity where you are able to manage and lead your team in the completion of your assigned route.  In this supervisory role, you will be the primary driver and will be responsible for the safety of your vehicle and your team.  In addition to driving, this position requires the lifting and loading of furniture, appliances, and construction debris on a regular and daily basis from various apartment complexes, office buildings, construction sites, and private residences as well as occasional light demolition utilizing hand tools. It also requires highly refined and effective, customer-oriented, interpersonal skills and characteristics. As well as supervisory leadership skills.

This position has the following additional requirements and expectations:

  • Arrive to work, on time, every day.
  • Wear your approved TurboHaul uniform in clean presentable condition, including authorized protective footwear.
  • Perform complete pre and post-trip inspections of your truck each day.
  • Maintain proper fluid levels in your truck.
  • Maintain proper tire pressure.
  • Immediately report to your direct supervisor any maintenance, repair or safety issues with your truck.
  • Maintain your truck’s tool inventory.
  • Keep your truck clean and orderly, inside and out.
  • Correctly, completely, and daily fill out your crew’s “daily sheet” and work orders for all jobs performed.
  • Utilize effective map reading skills to efficiently travel to assigned jobs and disposal sites.
  • Interact in an articulate and professional manner with all customers and fellow employees.
  • Work in a diligent, efficient, team-oriented and professional manner.
  • Always strive to learn more about your job and better yourself.
  • A clean driving record at all times acceptable to the Company and its Insurer.
  • Provide effective instruction and leadership to your assigned Route Specialist at all times.

Route Specialist

The Route Specialist position is our entry-level position where you assist the Route Foreman in the completion of your assigned route.  TurboHaul always prefers to promote from within making this position an excellent opportunity to learn the TurboHaul system and grow within our organization.  This position requires the lifting and loading of furniture, appliances, and construction debris on a regular and daily basis from various apartment complexes, office buildings, construction sites, and private residences as well as occasional light demolition utilizing hand tools.
