As we continue to adapt to the harmful effects that the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to have on all of us, we want to assure all our customers that TurboHaul remains fully operational and is doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our customers, our employees, and the community at large.

Waste removal is essential to the health and safety of our communities. TurboHaul remains committed to continuing fast and professional bulk trash removal service to our customers throughout this crisis.

In addition, TurboHaul is taking thoughtful and measured steps to reduce the spread of the virus. Using recommendations from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), we have developed a comprehensive Coronavirus Management Plan.

We continue to make this an operational priority with the company. We hold regular training with all our employees on good hygiene and review the preventative measures to reduce the risk of catching or transmitting the virus. Below are some of the measures TurboHaul is taking to ensure the safety of our customers and team members.

Here's what we're doing:

TurboHaul is performing temperature checks and screening all employees for symptoms of the illness and ensuring that any employees exhibiting symptoms stay home from work.

TurboHaul employees will maintain a safe distance from customers and refrain from any personal contact, including handshakes.

TurboHaul has equipped all trucks with PPE (gloves, safety glasses, face masks, etc.), cleaning supplies, disposable wipes and hand sanitizer to be used frequently throughout each work day.

Customers can send pictures to TurboHaul for a price quote.

TurboHaul will temporarily suspend getting a signature on our tablets after we have completed the job. Instead, we will simply enter the name of the authorized personnel into the work order.

Based on current recommendations by the CDC, household or office waste can be managed as it typically would be. TurboHaul services will continue without interruption.

TurboHaul will continue to monitor the progress of the virus and review the most current CDC recommendations to ensure that our procedures are meeting and/or exceeding their guidelines.
