How it Works

Call TurboHaul at 1-888-TURBO-HAUL (1-888-887-2642) Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm, to schedule a pick-up.  One of our friendly knowledgeable staff will answer your call and assist you.  We can answer any questions that you may have, help estimate the cost of your pick-up and reserve you a guaranteed pick-up time window. 

On the phone, we will ask you a number of questions about the type and quantity of material that you have and how it can be accessed.  Our questions are designed to help us give you the most accurate estimate possible over the phone.  The better information you can give us about your pick-up, the better estimate we can give you.  If your job is large enough, we may offer you a free, on-site estimate.

If the information you give us is accurate, your over-the-phone estimate will give you a very good idea of what your costs will be.  However, it is only an estimate.  Once our crews arrive at your site, they will perform an ‘on-site estimate’ for you.  This involves looking at all the material you have for removal and giving you a guaranteed price for your job.  You are never under any obligation to use our services.  If you do not choose to accept our on-site, guaranteed estimate, we will simply wish you a good day and go on our way. 

When you schedule a pick-up with us, please have the following information available and ready to go:

• Your full name and the full customer name, the person paying the bill, if it’s not yourself.
• The complete and accurate address of the pick-up location.  No directions are necessary, thank you.  All of our trucks are equipped with GPS.
• The phone number, or numbers, where you can be reached the day and time of your pick-up--  VERY IMPORTANT.
• Your complete credit card information if using it as the form of payment.

There are a couple of ways we can handle the performance of your job:

• If you need to be there, you may request a two hour time window in which your TurboTruck will arrive.  TurboHaul trucks perform pick-ups Monday through Friday.  Limited Saturday pick-ups are available on a first come, first serve basis.  Our earliest time window is 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.  Our latest time window is 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
• If you don’t care to be there, you may leave the material outside and clearly explain and/or designate what needs to be picked up.  We will arrive on the scheduled day and perform an on-site estimate.  Before beginning work, will contact you at your designated phone number to get approval of your estimate.  Upon approval, we will complete your pick-up and the cost may be charged to any major credit card that you provide.
• Regardless of which option you choose, TurboHaul guarantees the performance of your job within 24 hours of your request; and guarantees you’ll get the best price in the business.
